Tickets sold are nonrefundable and nontransferable. However, in the event of an emergency closing by the Museum, the ticket purchaser will automatically receive a refund not to exceed the face value of the ticket if, within five days of the originally scheduled ticket entry date, the ticket purchaser requests a refund and brings the original ticket to the on-site Box Office. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.
